Has been described as the "Michael Flatley of guitar playing". He began his career as an international concert classical guitarist, which he continues to this day. Has been taught by the who's who in the guitar world. Paco Pena, John Williams and David Russell. His attraction to Irish traditional music from a young age coupled with the disciplines attached to classical music has made him one of the most sensitive player/ musicians around. He tours extensively in Europe and America.

He recorded the 1st 'Sessions from the Hearth' CD live in the National Folk Theatre of Ireland in early 1998 to incredible critical acclaim from Ireland, Europe, Japan, Australia and the USA. He has just recorded the first Live D.V.D. Audio in the world outside Japan which will be released as a C.D. later this year.
